Identification of Burner Features to Clean

All Chillbuster Vent-Free Gas Log sets use variations of the following burners shown below, all with the same basic features.  We recommend that you perform the following maintenance annually before the start of the heating season, more often if the symptoms reoccur.  Clogging of these regions may result in poor combustion and the production of soot.

1)  Vacuum up all lint, dust & debris from the Air Intake, Air Shutter and Burner Port regions.

2)  Using the compressed air or a straw, blow out:
                           a) Burner ports (where the main flame comes from);
                           b) Air Intake and Air Shutter regions.
